The Black Jester is recruiting temporary security guards for special events and securing different types businesses.

§ Status:

As a temporary security guard you are NOT a member of The Black Jester.
You act as a "mercenary" who does certain tasks and assignments (such as providing security within different business).

§ Duties and responsibilities:

1. You shall follow the orders given by your superior all the time you are on duty. The superior will be assigned to every single contract and assignment.
2. You shall do no more, no less than required by your superior, whilst on duty.
3. You will receive a payment for your services, of amount both sides has agreed on, after finishing your shift.
4. You will always be informed before the contract what exactly are you supposed to do and what kind of payment will be given at the end of your shift.
5. This information is legally binding and the terms have been confirmed by agreeing to take this job. If anything is unclear and the sides are not able to set an agreement, the situation will be forwarded to the authorities.
6. Leaving the position you have been given or ignoring/disobeying the orders will result in a dismissal from service and revoked payment.
7. You shall act professionaly whilst performing security guard duty.
8. You declare awareness of the fact that this is a dangerous job and you take full responsibility for your actions and injuries, both physical and mental. The Black Jester will not be responsible for such accidents and you have no legal right to forward it to the authorities.
9. The Black Jester has the right to change the existing rules and implement new ones at any time, but is obliged to inform the employees.

§ Business security:

1. The first and the most important thing is to follow the orders of your supervisor and the business/property owner.
2. These are just the basic procedures. More advanced will be provided on the trainings which will not be mandatory.
3. Before every contract or assignment you will be informed what is expected from you and what are you supposed to do.
4. Whenever you are dispatched to guard some certain position you CANNOT leave that position, unless told by your supervisor.
5. You should maintain decent level of politeness and should act professional all the times you are on duty.
6. You absolutely cannot use force against the guests of the business, unless physically attacked or with a permission/order from your supervisor.
7. If someone acts inappropriately (heavy intoxication, loud or aggressive behaviour) you are supposed to inform your supervisor, and if told so, warn that person.
For instance: "Sir/Ma'am, your behaviour is inappropriate and we kindly ask you to stop that, otherwise the security services will be forced to escort you to the exit"
8. If that person continues previous actions you should ask a permission from your supervisor to remove that person from the property.
9. You shall NEVER do that alone (unless told otherwise by the supervisor) and always request at least one additional security guard to assist you with escorting that person outside. If there are more people that need to be removed, additional amount of security guards is required to assist.
10. At first try to kindly ask that person to leave the property and warn about the consequences.
For instance: "Sir/Ma'am I am afraid you need to leave the building, if you fail to comply security services will be forced to escort you out."
If the person agrees, escort him/her to the exit without any physical contact. Do not attack or assault that person, unless in self defence.
11. If the person does not comply, use force equal to the situation trying to do least harm possible.
12. When the unwanted visitor is outside, it is not longer our concern. You ABSOLUTELY cannot hit him or use any physical actions against that person outside the property.

§ Uniforms:

Depending on the supervisor's choice you will be required to wear one of the two uniform sets.
