§ Definitions:

1. „The Black Jester” is a a private military company (PMC).
2. A private military company (PMC), provides armed security services. PMCs refer to their staff as security contractors or private military contractors. Private military companies refer to their business generally as the private military industry or The Circuit. The services and expertise offered by PMCs are typically similar to those of governmental military or police forces, most often on a smaller scale. While PMCs often provide services to train or supplement official armed forces in service of governments, they can also be employed by private companies to provide bodyguards for key staff or protection of company premises, especially in hostile territories.
3. Security is the degree of resistance to, or protection from, harm. It applies to any vulnerable and valuable asset, such as a person, dwelling, community, nation, or organization.
4. Physical security describes security measures that are designed to deny access to unauthorized personnel (including attackers or even accidental intruders) from physically accessing a building, facility, resource, or stored information; and guidance on how to design structures to resist potentially hostile acts.
5. A security officer (or security guard) is a person who is paid to protect property, assets, or people. Security guards are usually privately and formally employed civilian personnel. Security officers are generally uniformed and act to protect property by maintaining a high visibility presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions, observing (either directly, through patrols, or by watching alarm systems or video cameras) for signs of crime, fire or disorder; then taking action and reporting any incidents to their client and emergency services as appropriate.

§ The management:

1. The company has been established by Icarus Storm who shall maintain C.E.O., position unless resigned, under a name of “The Black Jester”.
2. The members of the board shall be chosen by the C.E.O., but one position is guaranteed for Mr. Francis Maurer who is one of the founders.
3. The Board and C.E.O. shall manage the company and are able to implement any changes to the policy, personnel, funds and properties, vehicles and any other items that belong to the company.

§ General overview:

The Black Jester is a Private Military Company and provides mostly armed security services. The main purpose of the company is to organize different and customizable types of security services. Anyone can hire or sign a contract with the company. The Black Jester does not provide only security services, fundamental function of the company is to train the members within the military range of skills. The company will hire either civilian employees, specialists in different fields, but also organize training sessions with specially trained instructors, who are the members of The Black Jester.

The company offers different kind of services. Mostly security services such as: Bodyguard services; Property security (including patrols around every property, owner of which decides to hire The Black Jester); Business security such as clubs, casinos, bars and every other business whenever it is required; Convoy transportation services of large sums of money or other valuable items and many other types of security. The Black Jester might also organize training sessions for civilian groups or individuals, who want to learn some valuable skills, such as self-defence, first aid, military training. Every sort of cooperation will be considered. Potential customers will receive an agreement and terms on which the coopertaion is going to be handled.

There are no strict regulations on who can become a member of the company, or its client. There is no application form or defined recruitment process. The personnel of The Black Jester will be going through a strict selection and will be trained properly throughout their service. The board and C.E.O. will choose possible applicants and offer them a job in the company on whatever terms they deem suitable. The Black Jester members are the carefully chosen elite after a strict selection process. Their skills and abilities assortiment are very wide, they are professionals and specialists in the terms of combat and warfare. The members mostly consist of ex-military, police, security agencies or sheriff department members.

§ Firearms and weapons:

The members of “The Black Jester” are not required to possess a firearm license. They will be provided with a professional training and legal melee weapons. Of course if they do possess such a license they are allowed to use it whilst on duty and within the terms and regulations of the license.
